A keyword is a rough instrument. It matches a string of characters, not a meaning. Over-narrowing is the opposite failure and is harder to notice. Restrict the expression too tightly and the mentions that use a variant spelling, an abbreviation, a former name or a translation stop appearing. The feed becomes clean and quiet, and the item that mattered is the one written slightly differently from what the rule expected.
