The approach comes from two directions that rarely meet. One is editorial: reading sources critically, weighing who published first, distinguishing a report from a comment on a report, and writing so that a busy reader understands in one pass. The other is technical: collecting continuously, grouping duplicates and handling volume without losing traceability.
We keep this page factual. There are no invented client lists here, no counters, no claims about volumes processed. What we can describe is how the work is organised, which disciplines it draws on, and what we commit to. Anything else that is genuinely useful to you is available on request.

What we do, and what we deliberately do not do
We monitor published content and explain what it means for a specific organisation and a specific question. That is the whole of the offer. It covers material that has been made public by its author, whether a newsroom, an institution, a company or a person speaking publicly.
We do not carry out private investigation, we do not access private accounts or closed spaces, and we do not attempt to obtain data that has not been published. This boundary is not a precaution added at the end; it defines what is technically and contractually in scope from the first conversation.

Why every assignment is built to order
A standard package would be easier to sell and considerably less useful. Two organisations in the same industry rarely need the same sources: one is exposed through its supply chain, another through a regulator, a third through one product line that attracts attention out of proportion to its revenue.
So we study each request before proposing anything. That study produces a written scope: subjects, entities, territories, languages, sources, thresholds, formats and recipients. You validate it before collection starts, and it is revised as the subject moves rather than treated as settled for the duration.

How we handle uncertainty
On live subjects, part of what is published is wrong, premature or later corrected. Reporting it as established would be faster and would eventually cost a recipient a bad decision. We therefore mark clearly what is confirmed by several independent sources, what rests on a single one, and what is contested.
The same applies to gaps. If a relevant title is paywalled, if an archive is not indexed, or if a market is covered by outlets we cannot reach, we say so in the delivery. A scope with a stated limitation is usable; a scope presented as complete when it is not is misleading.

When a source cannot be reached, when a signal is ambiguous or when a question cannot be answered from public material, we say so plainly in the delivery.
